FFS the guy needs to get a life. Positive publicity - how anal can you get - get them to put in writing their objections - and post it on here cos I'd be damned interested how or why they would get upset. Only thing that comes to mind and has been mentioned above - is cutting corners etc.

I think you'll find most companies have that kind of policy. It's understandable really.
