Im enjoying SBK 07 for PS & Turismo 4
Plenty of options in set up of bike and controls.
Must admit though Im far from an expert at this gaming stuff and it has taken me a while to get to grips with these.

...TT Superbikes, on PS2. Outstanding, but only when you get onto the 'big' bikes and get the real racing lines, etc.
