Really have to try it before you by it I reckon, it may be initially a little distracting but I think given time you'd get used to it, wont be long and there will be aftermarket set ups available if the idea proves to be popular.

I bought one last year, not impressed. You get used to focussing on the mirror but you must have head in right position, helmet pulled down at front etc. Mirror nowhere near as clear as a glass mirror.
If mirror was a bit bigger, better optics and adjustable angle it would be great. I ended up putting some mirror extenders on my ZRXS, very happy now.
