Throw your toys in the forum not on the rep ya poof. Some of us get shitloads of these emails and are sick of morons like yourself not thinking that they're doing exactly what the previous 4000 people before them did yet still believing it came from a friend of a friend.

I thought that was what Rep was for, it says:
What do you think of Usarka's post?
    I approve
    I disapprove

Some 'friendly' comments are then added to show why there is disapproval. Just like chain emails, 'friendly' comments are simply part of the internet world we live in. If you don't like it, un-plug.

Thanks for the red rep - "Just a fukn creep, Why rubbish a bloke when he's only doing his best!!"

YOU are the joke mate, giving out red rep because people point out that what you thought was real was a hoax. YOU are the one who clogs people's inboxes with warnings that are total crap.

You won't last long on KB with an attitude like that, mate.

Yes, the rep system is to show you agree or disagree with someone's post, but getting red rep for pointing out that this is a hoax is pathetic.
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!

    Beware: New method of carjacking.

Saw this Police warning pinned to the notice board at work last night.

Just last weekend on friday night we parked in a public parking area, as we drove away I noticed a sticker on the rear window of the car. When I took it off when I got home it was a receipt for gas. Luckily my friend told me not to stop as it could be someone waiting for me to get out of the car.

WARNING FROM POLICE - THIS APPLIES TO BOTH WOMEN AND MEN.

BEWARE PAPER ON THE BACK WINDOW OF YOUR VEHICLE - NEW WAY TO DO CARJACKINGS (NOT A JOKE).

Heads up everyone! Please keep this circulating....
You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside. You start the engine and select reverse. You look into the rearview mirror to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to the middle of the rear window. So, you slip the car into park/neutral, unlock your doors and jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is obstructing your view.
When you reach the back of your car that's when the carjackers appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off. They practically mow you over as they speed off in your car and guess what? I bet your purse/wallet is still in the car so now the carjacker has your car , your home address, you money/credit cards and your house keys... Your home, security, and your whole identity are now compromised!

BEWARE OF THIS NEW SCHEME THAT IS NOW BEING USED...

If you see a piece of paper stuck to your back window just drive away. Remove the paper later.

    Bullshit bullshit bullshit.

    [
The NZ Police even had to put out a statement saying so - as some policeman spread the rumour with police letterhead.

edit: oops - that one was about the mobile phone warning, sorry. http://www.stuff.co.nz/technology/21...ing-say-police
    ]

Anything that says "Please keep this circulating" or "forward to everyone you know" is practically guaranteed to be bullshit. Fuck - in 10 years time we'll no longer be able to work due to reading all the warnings that keep getting forwarded and never stop. (swiminfo.co.nz had this way back in 2006... http://www.swiminfo.co.nz/showarticle2.asp?ID=1482 - claiming to be from Ministry of Justice.)

    Google helps.

My father-in-law forwarded this same warning a few weeks ago by email. I said "bollocks". But his reasoning was "even if it's bogus it might give criminals an idea so it's still good to forward the warning". Jebus help us.

Actually, can someone give me some info?

You know those chain e-mails (send this and you get XX free, or you nads will fall off)??

What's actually in it for those people that start those things?? Is it just the thrill of having people send it on??

Do we have parking lots in NZ??
It's only when you take the piss out of a partially shaved wookie with an overactive 'me' gene and stapled on piss flaps that it becomes a problem.

But if a policeman said it, it must be true. They are the bastians of our society, and some say their poo is pure white and has no smell.

You mean I've been unfairly blaming the neighbourhood dogs for the leavings on my front lawn?
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?
