MY OPINION
---hopefully he has a ripped anal passage that gets infected and gives life to a oragnism that begins to eat him from his anal passage to the outside causing gangerine of all genitals and spreading to eat from the inside out his upper body however leaving all mental, and physical feelings working at 100 percent capacity.
