maybe it's a rangiora thing...
My father-in-law has a (fully functional) blow-up sheep stashed somewhere.
I'm sure he'd be happy to lend it out for a good cause.

Toad's Parter was looking at building a 3 wheel for this and is looking for a driver (and 3 others to push). I told him that TS are MR would be his best bet for riders (I had not thought of Frosty at that time, but he's keen as well). Best to contact Toads to see if his has got the reg for the Trolley GP and is still keen.

Apparently not. It seems the opposite is true. Toad's Partner has it all worked out (down to the act to go with the trolley).Originally Posted by ajturbo

Just to dredge up the past here folks.... But the Red Bull Trolley GP is due to be held again next year (February). Now is the time to get your thinking caps on. There's info aplenty of different designs on the net etc.
The Porsche entry last year spent (apparently) a huge budget on their trolley and although they were the fastest - they didn't win. Regardless of whether you spend a lot or not it's a great fun event to take part in (and there's free food and booze at the end of it)
And I'll definitely be up there for it so I'll need a bed.....
P.S. I'll post some pics of last years entries when I get home.
They shall not grow old as we that are left grow old.
Age shall not weary them nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the evening,
we will remember them
