    Back on the road again!

What a great weekend made even better by a quick (and gentle) cruize this morning. Not yet got my new wee machine but was allowed to take the sv out for a wee stretch...not that I stretched it of course!

Anyway everytime I get on that bike I wonder what I'm being so dramatic about...I always get along ok and find it comfy and well behaved.

Thanks to a friend who helped egg me on (along with hubby) and rode very slowly so as not to loose me. Pity about all the traffic chick! ...I know you were probably half asleep but I really enjoyed it even at that nana pace and it was good for me to be able to watch you too.

The little one lung CB is gonna be frustrating though....it occured to me everytime I overtook someone...."Couldn't overtake here on the CB"

Oh well once again that will no doubt help motivate me to knock off the license stages and get to full in 6 months ...now all I need is the damn bike which I''m actually legally allowed to ride so I can sit me license!

    .

Thanks again to my friend and my hubby (who not only was a little pushy about me getting my butt on the bike again but also let me take his machine out today despite having been invited for a ride himself)...

Your belief in me and patience at my silly under-estimations of self are appreciated. I loved it out there today and can't wait to get back on something and get out there again!

Well. Yesterday Number One said she wants to go for a ride tonight. So this morning I get an email asking me to:

So, I thought I'd invite encouragement from other fine KB ladies, as to why Number One should get her butt on a two-wheeled steed tonight.

Sorry S, but pike out? I don't think so!

I survived gale force winds on brand new M3's, during peak hour traffic, in the wet. You can do anything

    Atta girl- well done!

We all know that we need to get back in the saddle when confidence is shaky, but it is easy tio know and harder to do.

Wishing you many more happy days of riding.
