Having problem with transmission shifting display. Ordered a new angle sensor. Can someone tell me where this is located on the bike? How do I know for sure that its this part?Is there a way of testing this part?

The hondamatic system has a self diagnostic program, it will store a code of the failed circuit/sensor. I would highly recommend taking it to the local honda agent (I am not just saying this cos I work at a honda shop either!). They can be a bit tough to diagnose sometimes.
What made you order the new angle sensor? (oh it is located on top of the crankcase and sits just under where the header runs above the crankcase)
