Fish n Chips a la motorcyclists (Chch)

Found an excellent new fish n chip shop in my travels today, run by motorcyclists even, (Janet FXR150 and Tim 1100 Blackbird) the food is fantastic, they even cut their own chips. Good prices too, you gotta try their 'Garlic Chips'. It's the Nancy Ave Fish n Chip shop in St Albans open every day except Monday. Told them about KB and Tim is probably gonna turn up to next Wed night ride, hope to get there myself one Wed soon. Ciao

Get yourself a clove of garlic (quantity by personal preference). Chop it up finely. Get some butter, soften that with some heat. Then mix the two together with a fork, then stick the button on your chips. Let it soak through, job done
