Just got a new 250R Ninja

Hi all, just got my licence and new bike

I,m Meanies better half
Meanie brought me a brand new 08 Kawasaki 250R Ninja A Red one not like that horrible green one next door

Picked it up from AFC on Friday afternoon and done 295 kms already, only another 1305 kms untill its run in
Just starting to ride again after 20 years of not riding and loving it

Nice little bike, looks very shiny and new, took it for a little squirt over the saddle and through the george, Nice to ride, be better when its run in though
Im realy stoked she is sharing my passion with motor bikes. If youd have told me two years ago she would have her licence and a new bike i,d have probably laughed at you. but here we are

Wow, you guys are so generous, putting gas in the tank then passing around the hat to draw out the name of who gets to ride it first!

Aieee! A red Ninja is like a black Ferrari. It doesn't matter if it looks nicer, it's just WRONG! Ninjas are green, everyone in Japan knows that!

She looks nice in red, though. Argl, I didn't say that, surely.

...very nice bike. I am hoping to graduate on something like a ER-6N...maybe!!

If you feel like going for a wee cruise one evening just drop me a PM...I am just down the road and would like a few runs over the track or saddle at a relaxed pace.
