So raping very young girls means he doesn't pose a danger? It seems pretty clear that the little bugger actually did pose a danger. Again....you baffle me...for someone who has had an 'experience' you seem terribly 'accepting' of the aggressor - don't get me wrong, been there myself, get the whole you need to forgive to move on bollocks but come on! ....I don't believe things are always clear cut but seems in this case it was so the little shit deserves to be locked up.
Now why would a child raping adult 'have to be let out?'....
And Restraining orders....ha ha ha haaa - bits of paper are just sooo helpful in keeping bad guys away from their victims. You obviously missed hearing our media coverage (while you were here) about the guy who stabbed and killed both his ex, her new friend and even tried to take out other family members who were staying at the address. No one can do squat to someone 'you have an order out against' until they have 'breached' it...oh and by breaching that means totally disregarding the bit of paper...not a hard thing to do
You seem to be off on a completely different tangent while trying to argue another....
Neither of those two should be excused for what they did - I can understand the fury of the father but rape is I believe (except for hurting or killing someone's children) the worst thing one human can do to another and I don't believe that those who go forth and rape deserve a second chance to repeat their behaviour...especially where they haven't even yet been called to account for what they did in the first place...and again, in this instance there seemed little doubt that the boy did the crime.
Anarchic - "showing no respect for established laws, rules, institutions, or authority"
...let me work this through....THE CHILD RAPIST should be allowed the opportunity to 'wait his time out for court' outside of jail (or confinement), in the comfort of his home (two doors down from lil-sissy) or wherever he (or his mother?!my god that just sounds sooo trailor park) may decide to 'hole up' with him...this would no doubt be fairly scary and intimidating for the little step-sister...that's ok and not anarchic?
But keeping the GUILTY little bugger confined until he is brought before the courts (meaning no risk of causing more harm and suffering) given that it was pretty cut and dried that he HAD ACTUALLY RAPED the girl - that's anarchic?
Which most strongly 'shows no respect for established laws and rules'? Is it the bit where we all bow down in a PC manner to ensure we don't tip toe on the poor low life scumms feelings 'or rights'...guess what these freaks don't give a shit about yours.......when will we all stop expecting that each other 'be expected to tolerate, molleycoddle and excuse offenders'? oh and while I'm at it...GO DARWIN!
...lynch mob my arse...PC is the problem bring back the lynch mob! Or the ratan...you don't get up to shit in Asia where they have that...some of the lowest in the world apparently. Let's start chopping off hands too - ha haaa People aren't discouraged enough from doing stuff they shouldn't! Damn them and their evil doing ways!
...seriously though, I can cope with quite a bit of dodgey but pardon the pun...'fucking with people' is not on - chop their cocks off...Larraine where are you?!
