Ivan...I have a bid on a KXF/RMZ250 muffler at present. Dunno how much that's going to go to, already passed the budget ceiling !!!
If that comes to nothing then Degrom and I will probably make one from scratch.
I bought a complete GL145 exhaust which I sawed off the header to only use that. Yes it's seems a little wasteful but the header fits the head perfectly.

No pressure at all but when I built my ZXR145,it won its first ever race

Bistard - do it !!! It's a lot of hard work, well the route I took, but lots of fun.

Andin buckets cutting pipes isnt wasteful have you seen the old chamber on Quallmans bike It was a AX Header With a Bit of an Aprillia Chamber at the front, A Bit of an RM80 Chamber in the middle, A bit more of the Aprillia Chamber at the rear, Some pipe of a Holden Commodore as a Stinger pipe and a RD250 muffler as the can now thats wasting

I'm considering a pitbike muffler, just don't know how restrictive it'd be.

Ha ha heard about Qualls pipe. Be good to see that machine on the track.

Nasty and I have come up with a new really cool name for the machine.
However, I'll let her announce it !!

    Tell me about it !!!!

Not too worried about it's debut this weekend now as I don't want to put myself into an early grave just trying to get it ready, but I do want to have it ready for Nasty for the Bitches & Babes on Buckets Championship Series in April 20th.

    YAAAHHHOOO !!!
We have an engine as of today !!

I've just spent all of tonight putting it in the frame.
It's been a struggle as the bottom engine mount is too narrow by 8mm compared to the GL145 engine
All of the others fit okay so I've been bending the mounts outwards a little to get them to line up with the crankcase holes. I know it's a bit redgy (no offence, Deviant Esquire !!) but seemed to work.
My top engine mount had to be chopped out to make way for the new Walbro 30mm pumper carb.

It's looks great in the frame as the engine is black with (yes, Chinese) chrome on the CDI cover and the bolts.
Plus....the gearshaft and kickstart shaft plus the "LONCIN" are all in gold !!!
    Bling, bling !!

Still a way to go yet and unfort still won't be ready for this weekend's meeting.

    Pics to come.

Couldn't see any more, but then I am a bit stoopid. Nevermind, I think I can deal with my funny brakes for a bit longer, it is only Bucket racing after all, now if it was MotoGP...... haha
