Cool,...I'll keep in touch with him anyway make sure he has another.

Anyway here's some pics of the project so far.

Tank is yet to come back from being smoothed out & I'm not going to use the 4-pot caliper as it may not suit the new master cylinder.

And,..yes,..that is real carbon-fibre covering the headlight hole !!!

Guess I'll just have to use other bikes as stopping fodder if my brakes fail eh Skunk.

Sorry Skunk, had no idea, however, if you like, use my DR250 one.
I'm sure that will work fine.

Thanks Mrs K, she's called "Lady Penelope".
Looks elegant, has a touch of class but can be a real bitch (hence the 3 times she's fallen over on top of me and made me bleed !!!! )

    Update #6547586030858764......

Have the throttle cable done now with a new 1/4-turn throttle and am putting it on tomorrow.
    The tank is all painted.
The CDI is being wired tomorrow.
Have designed and "modified" (thanks Mr Armorall !!) a new oil breather catch bottle.
The rear hugger has arrived today (yes it's having a hugger, bling bling).
Have bought a muffler from a 150 pitbike which will be modified to accept the header pipe.

Now the only real issue is that bleeding front brake bleeding issue !!!!!!!!
    (sounds poetic, dunt it)
However, the awesome Mr Sully60 has offered to help me resolve.

At this point, on behalf of Team Nudsty, I would like to thank everyone who has helped us put Lady Penelope together, these people including Skunk & Skunk Control, Sully60, F5 Dave, Slingshot, Fi5hy, Crazefox and all the others, as without your help, it would have been a lot more of a struggle.

I gotta cut the paintwork and apply the numbers yet.
Doesn't look too much different from the last pics, just all of the little things are done now.

She's ready to run however, only on the header until I receive my muffler.
I will do a Youtube for it's inaugural starting

    Thanks Koba.

Well, I put the whole tank and pipework together after obtaining a kickstarter today.
    Fuelled up, checked overything over.
Then started kicking, and kicking, and kicking........no response...
Alrighties - 3 things that need to make an engine run,
    - Compression,
    - Ignition,
    - Fuel.

Well, have compression (lots of, duh,.. new engine)
    Have fuel in the carb.
So decided to pull the plug out. No &^%#$^*^#$^ spark !!!
Went through the wiring diagram that Fi5hy so kindly donated to me.
All looks okay and everything is in the right place, so buggered if I know !!

Well have another look at it tomorrow night when I'm in a less frustrated mood.

Not entirely correct, you also need air (in the right ratio to the fuel).
