    "how far we have been"

No worries, they put on an incredible show at BDO this year, including teaming up with Damian from Blindspott, there's a combination I wasn't expecting.

Hate it when a song gets stuck like that. I've had Hinder - Lips of an Angel in my head for about 3 days. It's not even that good a song.

    Damn kids...

Every time I get one stuck in my head, I go and listen to some insano-metal. Everythings so fast and incomprehensible that you instantly forget that radio-friendly ballad that got stuck in there in the first place.

<-- It's almost like this little fella sings in said metal band.

So what's this big secret you can't tell me
I don't wanna piece of this

    Haven't we all had enough
    Enough for one day
I don't wanna argue with you
You've got me shiverin' in my spine

    [Chorus]
If everything turned out as we had said
We wouldn't have to sit through any of this
Maybe I would be a better fit in my own skin

I'm not gonna try to divide or ignore you
And the pieces of the puzzle that never seem to fit

I'm not playin' hangman with you
I've run out of letters, let alone words
You've got me shiverin' in my spine

If everything turned out as we had said
We wouldn't have to sit here talkin' like this
Maybe I would be a better fit in my own skin
    Maybe

If everything turned out as we had planned
We wouldn't have to go through any of this
Maybe it'll be more simple than you could ever think

So stay right where you are
    We're snoozin' through an alarm
    Make no sudden movements
Just tell me where we are
    'Cause here I am
    There you are
    Snoozin' through an alarm
    Snoozin' through an alarm

If everything turned out as we had said
We wouldn't have to go through any of this
    Maybe

    Maybe' (oh')
    Maybe' (oh')
    Maybe' (oh')
    Oh'

Ok music gurus - that song that goes 'walking on walking on broken glass'

Was on tv last night for a ad or something.. what/who is it? please!?
"And, look, the luscious and fecund fronds of the Silver Fern has given brilliant birth to a stupendous fruit! A red Hondaberry, desposited by a lesser known species of Plonker Gittus Maximus Idiotus."

    ok heres this mornings tune:

[I]What ever happened to Leon Trotsky? He got an Ice pick that made his his ears burn. . .

Yes I do have the record & sadly this sort of question is redundant as Google spoils it.
Don't you look at my accountant.
He's the only one I've got.

Google is great! I often hear a few lines of a song on a tv show or in a movie and have no idea what the song is or who sings it - type a line into Google and voila, you usually have the answer!

I heard this song I loved, I think it was in Cold Case, and found it was by a group called Mazzy Star - So Tonight That I Might See. Great song, must try and track down the album it's on.
Yes, I am pedantic about spelling and grammar so get used to it!
