The most important thing for me to work out moment is, does the tail light work at all?

As in, is it damaged? If it is, I am sending it back. That's why I need to get it tested somewhere ASAP, any recommendations?

The second most important thing, does the damm thing fit and work in my bike?

The seller I bought it off has a seven day grace period before he starts charging 15% restocking fees and plus he's in the states .

It will be nice if I can rule out one of the above options...

Mine is betterer.. my brake light shines over the indicator lights which are bloody bright as it is.. (can see both distinctly). Plus I've got a mad parking light display. I didnt fit a relay so they flash real fast making it v buzzzy looking. Maybe because the tail light has like 200 seperate LED's.

Buzzzing with technology the R6 is. You guys should upgrade.

Find a couple of bits of wire. Connect one to the negative on your battery, the other to the positive. Twist the bared end of the negative wire and poke it in the black wire connectioon of the int. taillight. Twist the positive wire and touch it on the red wire of the int. taillight. The light should now be lit. Theres your test. Cheers
