    CHCH Newbie-ish (sellywin)

Hey all, new to the forums here, but have been riding for just over a year. Just got a 1998 zzr250 a few days ago, and am impressed, although haven't actually experienced many other bikes to compare it to. Going for my full in April, and only got the zzr so soon, cos my other bike got written off, which was a 2003 honda Varadero 125.

You weren't in Just Motorcycles last Saturday with your father and brother (?) were you? I was talking to a chap in there who had his son's with him looking at bikes, and then talking to him again yesterday and he said his son had bought a ZZR250. Seems a bit of a coincidence is all

    Oh, and welcome aboard.

@far queue, that was prob me!! except wasn't my dad, just a guy who knew something about bikes. I didnt buy the white zzr, was a bit dodgy being repainted and cracked fairing. Instead found one on trademe for about the same price.

Yep, "The guy" told me that too, so it must have been you. I don't know his name, I just bump into him now and then.

Anyway, have fun and I may see you around some time ...
