The slide is easily seen as just an optical illusion - he just moves his arm forward while tilting the beam.

    But the shirt???

    Very very cool.

I thought the slide thing would just be a clear tube in front of the laser - the point where he waves his hand through it is further away than the point he drops the ring onto it, so it wouldnt get in the way.

The shirt, theres probably a wire lined up to go through the same line as the laser. He has his hand on the side when the shirt drops of, so that could be the control for disconnecting it.

The rest of it, can you get laser thingies that small (one in each hand, clips together with magnets?

Nah the ring sliding down the beam is quite obviously just him moving forward and turning the laser so it seems that the ring is sliding down the beam while it's actually just falling.

I think you're right about the shirt - his left hand does something when he blocks the beam. Also, the coat hanger is obviously hovering slightly above the beam in the close up. If it's a wire or something else I dunno.
Note that he doesn't walk between the two pedestals until after he has released the shirt.

After he has dropped the shirt he seems to pick something up from the righthand pedestal with his left-hand - the hand he uses to "trap" the laser light with.
I think you're right about having two very small laser diodes in his hands for the next bit - and the "trapped" beam would just be him shining it into his finger to make it glow - note that it has a slightly different hue from the beams themselves.

He executes the whole thing pretty well - but he does make a glitch a couple of times where you can see a "rogue" laser beam shining against the back wall. My guess would be that he has two small lasers in his right hand and one in his left.
