A smoky ole Isuzu Bighorn diesel cause I have to tow a large trailer for my rubbish business. Also a Vectra. Why? its much nicer to drive than the bighorn, it accelerates faster than a snail. and I prefer to chaffuer the family around in it rather than the crappy work wagon.

Driving cages SUCK!!!! especially slow ones.

2004 Kia Rio - coz its what I was given. Decreed by Jeremy Clarkson to be one of the most useless piles of shit on the road - and I'd agree! The vehicle dynamics of a Morris Marina, reliability of a Lada, but its got air con and a CD player, so do I give a toss?. Allowed to take it home but not meant to use it for personal use - Fuck off - they dont pay me enough not to!

Even fun cars like my one will suck the life out of you,and leave you an empty husk, like the things daddy long legs' drop on the floor under their webs.To be blown away by the first breath of wind.
    Use them sparingly.

Much as I love my bikes, cars have their uses.

We've got a 95 Nissan Sentra hatch for commuting and round town stuff. Bought it five years ago at 45,000kms from a dealer and it's now done almost 80,000kms. Runs on the smell of an oily rag and very reliable.

Got a 99 Holden Calais (a VT I think?) for long trips. Leather seats, 10-stack CD, air con and all the bells and whistles. Done about 105,000kms with no probs (had it since new).

    Being frustrated is disagreeable.

But the real disasters in life begin when you get what you want.
