I saw hoon (from kb) do a 11.98 on his standard zxr400 at meremere. I wonder what the nz records are for top speed etc for all the classes. Be intesting to find out what the 125 record is.

Those ZXRs' can be pretty quick alright. I hope nobody is planning on bringing one to the next sprints.

I beat one a few times, but there were corners involved.

I had a scan of the records and there is a 748R with a top speed of 249.46kmh. You might have your work cut out Flame.
neh...easy peezy. My RSV cut a 270.23 at my last run there, and as for the 749 v 748....easy peezy peice of weezy lol.

An RSV should run 270 if my barn door can do 250. I would love to see the 749 run a 249kmh.

He he , I dealt to Malcom's "Race" 749R last time on the flying ....... and have run the fastest 750 based Vtwin on the flying for the last 5 years in a row

Of course , Malcolm's shorter track gearing might have had something to do with that.

BTW Flame , the little old 748R did 251.90 back in 2006, this can be your "s" target ......and you'll need to carry an extra 50kg of ballast for this to be a even contest.
    It's not a beer pot .... It's a fuel tank for a sex machine
