Sweet as, uploading the whole run down Corromandel Hill at the mo', no editing, no music, just the sound of bikes and the ride!
"I came into this game for the action, the excitement... go anywhere, travel light,... get in, get out,... wherever there's trouble, a man alone... Now they got the whole country sectioned off; you can't make a move without a form."
Paved roads are just another example of wasted tax payer dollars.
Guy on the KR was Shane, he's from Tokoroa not a KBr but should be!!!
Had a good ride by all accounts thats to Bomma & co for alerting me to my lack of air. You should see the lack of tread on my rear tire now!!! I really needed a new tire before the ride lets just say its well over due now, hopefully the testing officer isn't too picky when i go to sit my restricted in 2 wks time cose i need a bit of coin before i can get a new one.
Glad no one was too badly hurt and i can cant wait to see the rest.

nice photo everyone is looking good
Well just got in the door meself after doing a mini-ride at the end with Gremilin and Zapf! I had done me chores by 12.30ish and was thinking "feck those guys must be loving it on the Coro"
As consolation I went to Kaiaua for some Toasties ... but decided I wanted a pie instead ... at Tairua! Anyway, got there, and WHO ATE ALL THE BLOODY PIES!? Had to settle for a powerade and a roasted beef sammy ...
Txted EJ to see where they were, checked my watch and thought "feck it, I'll ride up to Whitianga and see if they are coming this way!"
Whaddya know, Renegade_Master and crew come crusin' it down the twisties as I was heading up them!
All good, caught up with the crew, chewed the fat over the highs and lows, helped EJ tighten up loose screws on his pillion handle and generally got the thumbs up for parachuting in as Elite reinforcements on the ride.
Too much blardy stopping and sitting around I reckon Roads to ride and heres all these bikers stooped on seats that ain't attached to a bike!
Welps, a few of us shot up to Whangamatarian way and down to Waihi before gasgasing it to Paeroa and back home ... Sorry to hear about the bins and thank gosh no one was seriously injured.
On the way home, it was a dog and pony show with Gremlin, Zapf and I ... I think the public must have thought the asylum was let out and the inmates got hold of moronsickles! I was stung several times by an irate wasp before I managed to do the Maori Haka and swat the dang thing in my jacket. Was blardy funny to see Zapf have a Mynah bird bounce off him on Sky-High road in Clevedon, if it was youngling, I'd reckon he'd be up on "Minor" charges ...
Next time, I guess I should see if I can ride out from the start!
"I like to ride anyplace, anywhere, any time, any way!"
And oh yeah, the luvverly smell of two stroke oil in the air as it hit my olafactory detectors was pure delite! I'd be riding along and suddenly that familiar sweet sweet smell would be like manna ... I'd zootle along and eagerly followed that piquant bouquet of motorcycling nirvana
"I like to ride anyplace, anywhere, any time, any way!"
here you go
I wanna see those photos from the corner
