They have been on a recrutement drive up here in the north,drve round in a black mercedes saloon with all the bells n whistles. Dangerous pricks,stomped on a few heads over the summer period.I keep weapons handy,times sure are a changin

shit, these guys are ruthless. me and four mates got attacked by them last night in takapuna, ive written what happened below. be careful even on the north shore.

i was in takapuna last night with some friends, and there were two guys sitting in their car. we walked past and they tooted at us to give us a fright, then leaned out the windows and yelled insults and stuff. they were wearing black hoodies, but they wernt in gang colours so we wernt to worried. we ended up yelling insults at them... and eventually walking away.

a few minutes later, when we were walking home through a quiet residential part of takapuna, the same car drove past, this time with five guys in it all in bandanas and the like. at first, we thought they were just joking around but then they threw rocks and bottles at us, and a second car came round the corner filled with five more guys dressed in a similar fashion. we panicked, and all of us ran into a school that we had been walking past at the time... i think its called Takapuna Primary? Maybe im wrong but whatever. anyway they all pulled up and got out (they were carrying knives, rocks, bottles... the whole nine yards) and ran into the school, there were five of us, and as we ran we broke into two groups of two and one of our friends went missing. me and my friend ran through the school and tried to come out on the other side (which was adjacent to the main road that goes through takapuna) but a third car pulls up. i didnt have time to look at how many people were in it but i know there were guys in both the front and back seats. they all got out and ran after me and my friend, but the adrenaline was so strong i had never run so fast in my life, we ran through a field and out the other side through some trees, and jumped a fence and moved through a few small house gardens. we laid low for a bit, and headed back to my mates house. on the way, we passed a group of 3 guys that we knew, and asked them if they had any credit on their phones so we could call out friends that we had seperated from. but as we asked, one of the cars that had pulled into the school started driving down the road in the distance (we were on a long, quiet, straight road in a quiet area just off lake pupuke). the three guys ran into the park, and me and my friend sprinted through a few gardens, lept some fences and made our way home.

we got home first, and two more of our friends showed up about 5 mins later. aparrently they had run into the busy part of takapuna and taken a taxi home. but one of our friends, who had gotten separated from us, was missing. we txted him, and he said he'd ran to KFC and he was terrified of walking the hostile way home, so he wanted us to pick him up. we left the house, but as we walked down our street, a car pulled round the corner. us, being quite jumpy, thought it safe to take cover in a house in case it was the guys who were chasing us again. although it was a different car, it had the front and back seats full of guys and they looked about 16 to 20ish, just like the guys who were chasing us. they definately saw us walk down the street, but didnt see us hide in the houses garden. what was really scary was that they slowed down as they went past, then pulled a u turn and went past again slowly, before giving up and driving away.

we tried to stick to busy roads, and walked to KFC. on the way, we passed the school again, and in one of the parking lots about five cars had pulled up (some of which we recoginised) and there were about 20 guys standing around, drinking and shouting. before we passed the driveway to the school, we crossed the road, walked along it until we were parallel with KFC then crossed back.

our friend was fine, thank god. apparently one of the cars had driven along the sidewalk to try and run him down, he had to dive to save himself, but had a large graze on his head and knee as a result of that. we got home without further incident and locked the doors. we had always thought the north shore was safe at night, but im serious, if we had been caught, they would have beaten and stabbed us. many of them had knives.
