    Gidday Akuma,
Sidi are about the only manufacturer that do boots to suit hooves of that magnitude , to the best of my knowledge...

A mate of mine has size 15 "plates of meat" & there the only brand that'll go near him...

    Good luck

    Cheers

To finish first - first you must finish... Oh b.t.w, which way doe's Turn 1 go & whats the lap record...

NZ Army combat boots work for me for both riding and tramping

And the fact that they are about one quarter of the price of those poncey european style hoof covers just sweetens the deal

Yup, was just gonna say, cheapest way to get boots = join the army. I use my issue boots, and they're definately more than adequate on the bike.

The problem with army boots is they have no padding over the ankle bones. Those ankle bones stick out in a bulge, and they are going to be scraping along the road when you fall off. Shatter smash crack!

Any old boots will do for riding, but if you fall off...

Proper purpose designed riding boots have specific ankle protection.

I've fallen off more than a few times and haven't damaged my ankle bones (yet)

Also I do (did) a lot of adventure riding and I reccon the sole of the combat boot is much better suited to that

In fact some of the cheaper bike boots have slippery rubbish for soles

And then there was the pair of bike boots in which I bent the steel shank kicking my bike over

To each their own, but when mine wear out I'll be getting another pair just the same
