    Talking yay big logs rule

    Hey Dudes and Dudess's

Loved your rite up Ghosty, and fab to run into you guys again, feels like we all are top mates eh.......

Well here goes the write up, Stopped at a mates on Friday night to be greeted by 4 folks who were also stopping all of whom I know and have partied on with before, so fish and chips and beer were done, Kiss were played (The host Andy and I were at Rock to wellington, and creamed ourselves whilst Kiss were playing live, so we relived the moment, listening not creaming this time though!!

Waking up to an a water coloured, vibrant bllue Dunedin Sky was breathtaking and heartwarming, so we collected a few more dudes........and I knew them too, the tiny bike I was hooning around on at Vincent was one of theirs, so that was great to rekindle their friendship.

We hooned all the way there, the speeds picked up, did a saucy overtake at one point, which calmed me down, but frigging hell its like a big dipper riding to Middlemarch eh, with breathtaking and heart pulsating drops, and the scenery as per normal knocks this pom sideways, and agreed Far Que, you have to slow down to take the view in don't you.

Lots of beer stops, set up camp, and said hi, to Zaria, Nighty and Jantar, IDB arrived and we boarded his trusted stead to hoon around some more......ha love his ducatti.........

The night was good, the band were hmmmmmm, not their best think thats fair to say, but wasn't as pissed as normal, so watched antics rather than performing them myself this time............so roll on Beaumont for back to normal no medication and drinkathons.

Arose to the site of 6 people left on site, and got another to join the last man standing brigade, which was the host of Friday night, IDB ane me. We got all the burners going with stacks of brekky.yummy

The sun shone, on the way home, we said Goodbye to Andy at Ranfurly after settling down far to long nestling some beers. Had the most fantastic feed at (scuse the spelling......) aturehura. Cod and Chips, curried pasta, potato salad with salad and even water melon.........wow

Fuck I loved the ride there and the ride back. Thank you to the god for doing its thing.

I have the most fantastic time at this rally, its always a knockout..........

Thanks to the organisers, and I lost my speights beanie......amnesty and reward offered.

Cheers all, fab bunch of kbers you, think you are all great, and happy huggy birthday again Free2b.

And for the record mind wasnt this weekend its Brass Monkey, still debating whether to piss it up in Dunedin or Alex on the Friday night.................hmm decisions decisions

The views expressed above may not match yours - But that's the reason my Dad went to war - wasn't it?
Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, .... but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out,... shouting "man, what a ride"!!!

A lovely afternoon was had by all. Bourbon, Camp brewed espresso (thanks Glen & Lynn), and Tequila shots with salt & lime = YUM also equals pissed by 4.00pm.

PS; Free2be, Outback Al & I met Shek (Keith & Cathy) at Palmerston. He saw the Custard Tart and spied us out. Had a great catch up.
Those shots were yummy indeed I think the works burger that followed saved me from an early night.

The old custard does kinda stand out ... was great to see them alright.
