Four go to trial for biker shooting

Four men are to stand trial over the fatal shooting of Carl MacDonald outside the Lone Legion Motorcycle Club house in Blenheim on September 15th

Aaron James Harvey, 34, Corey William Mackle, 28, Peter Christopher Tait and Jason David Warren, 26, face charges of murder and unlawful assembly.

They are to appear in the High Court in Blenheim on April 15.

The guy who got shot 'provoked' them by telling them to shoot him..he wasn't leaving.....he was adamant that they wouldn't shoot him....I mean really..your at a gang house and a gun is pulled...and you start raving on about how they wouldn't dare shoot...that they are a bunch of pussys....wot do you expect? NOT condoneing it in anyway..but REALLY.

two houses up lives a very close friend.....him and his family could hear the shouting from there house..and then the shot....
Since then the gang house has been partially pulled down by its own members...untill the council found out and nutted off because they didn't have the permits etc etc From wot I can work out there ain't many members left in blenheim..( i was told only 2)..other gangs have started to move in already...its gonna get messy.
