    GSXR 1000 for sale!

    Hi people,
I'm new to the forum, i moved over here from the UK 3 weeks ago with a budget of $9000 to spend on a bike. I then spent a great deal more than $9000 on a freshly imported GSXR1000 K2! I got the old shiny bike syndrome, fell in love with the bike and all its tasty unobtainable parts it was dripping with, and now i need to sell it to raise some funds.
Anyway, the bike is listed on trademe : http://www.trademe.co.nz/Trade-Me-Mo...145448.htm?p=1

I hope that link works. The asking price i think is fair considering the extras the bike has, and the low kms.
Also, if anyone out there has, or knows of anyone who might have a standard exhaust system that'll fit, i want it! The system it has is worth a small fortune, so i'd be better off selling it as standard because i dont think many people appreciate how exotic it is (i'd like to hang it on my bedroom wall next to my poster of Doohan sideways on his repsol NSR)

I would like to part ex for pretty much anything that isnt a harley or similar (i'm not a fan of chrome, skull 'bar ends, maltese cross tail lights or tassles flapping about on my leathers)
Hoping to meet a few of you on some rideouts very soon (as soon as i can afford to put fuel in my bike)
    Matt

    That is one sexy can.

If only I had $11K to spare.

Will you take $20 a week?

Hehe!! I know, it was the exhaust i fell in love with when i first saw the bike, hence the over eager purse stretching! $20 a week would get you an hour on it, some sort of rent-to-buy deal!

    Part ex...

The part ex i mention in the advert refers to my want for a bit of spare cash, but my need for some transport also. I'd consider any sports-biased road bike, a track/race bike (anything 400+) or something i can mess around with off road. Or anything really, make me an offer!

Not that it's a huge detail, but that bike looks like a K1 (tailpiece graphics, manual fast idle)
