    I'll also add, be wary of all the people taking the piss on this site... Take everything people say to you with a grain of salt...

    Keeps your sodium levels up too, after all the sweating in your gear.

    Because of course you'll always be wearing full protective gear, right?

    Absolutely! Any clues as to how to clean all the armoured plating? I don't usually sweat and it's YUK!!!!

    Learn how to take it out of your gear easily so you can wipe it down, and better yet, put it back right... That's about my guess. I'm cold blooded so I generally need all the warmth my gear can give me.

    Any other KB out there with advice on that one?
