    I think we're ready!!!

Well, three days away from leaving, and I think for once we are ready ahead of time.

Last night saw the last of preperation of the sponsors van we now have the use of, it has some very handy wheel chocks, with well positioned tie down points. Since it's a "high top" it has a newly installed shelf above our mellons for leathers and the like. Thanks very much to Sean for his help drilling holes in the van.

Tonight I employed (read, gave Sean pizza for his services) the main electrickery engineer once more for a role more suited to his field, and we made some custom tether kill switches for the bikes, seeing as how I'd forgotten to get some when they were still actually available, (you're most welcome to the people who got the last two in the country before I could).

So the van is ready, the bikes are ready, we're packing our pants more by the second at the prospect of our first street race, and all is well.
