    That does it.

Right i started a previous thread about a woman on my street yelling at me and how i thought it was rude. Then but especially since then i have made a consious effort NOT to speed on my road. Not that i did it a lot in the past but i mean a really really consious effort.
    SO what happens today
This guy is backing a caravan into his driveway and so i am waiting for him to clear the road and then he signals me over. So i think what the hell i'll see what he wants. He starts going on about how he doesn't like my speed ing . THEN he threatens to quote "knock my block off" if i don't and i should "consider this my final notice" And it gets worse, i know i havn't been speeding but his reason that he knows i am speeding was that "he used to own one of THOSE things and knows how fast they go" Bullshit did he own this particular bike does ke know buy the sound in which gear and revs and speed i am am going. Question is what do i do now. My dad says i should just ignore him and CK says i should report it to the cops. I think i might just ignore it and hopefully he just backs the fuck off.

The thing that really bugs me is that these people who dare to give me shit both have young males with hoon-mobiles that i have seen do way worse (especially cutting corners on our road) Just REALLY PISSES ME OFF that thinks guy thinks he can tell me off like some kid. If i was a 40 year old guy he wouldn't dare.
Actually i am going to pop off to the police station to see what they think about it.
Lump lingered last in line for brains,
And the ones she got were sort of rotten and insane...

What a prick, I'd get him to shout at you again and record it and take it to the police

Dont worry about it, just ignore it and continue to not speed down your street.. If your keen, just take down what THEY do wrong (ie time, date, vehicle, person driving etc...) so you have some back up....

Ive had it happen to me a little bit..... and have ignored it, and everything is fine.....

I say bust a cap in his ass

lol, maybe not, but that seems to be the "method of thinking" in these parts of the wood. I find in general, most people are really keen to "have a go"! And it really pisses me off, I'm glad I'm not in your shoes.

And you're spot on, alot of people judge motorbike "speed", by the engine noise, which can depend on a number of things. Hey, next time you go home, speed up to 50km/h, pull the clutch in and KEEP it in, and redline the bike while rolling to your driveway. OFFICER, that guy was doing at least 150 when I saw him........ ignorant, agressive pricks!!!

Easy, always be polite, keep a quiet voice this will upset them even more. Thank them for their opinion and say that you will follow the example of his children, but stay on the correct side of the road. LOL

Being polite always grates the arseholes and dipshits of the world. You can easily call a person a dipshit in fancy words and I challenge all the fancy edge a catered persons to provide some of them fancy words.

Mangell6 has the right idea, lower your voice and speak very clearly, look them in the eye and don't show that you are totally pissed off at them... This also scares the shit out of the bastards as they are waiting for you to retaliate in the same tone/mood and you stymie them completely with your calmness.
By the way, this approach works VERY well in married life too....

Isn't threatening to assult someone a crime.

That seriously sux. Think a large KB ride should be organized, starting at your place. 6am tomorrow morning sounds good.
