That seriously sux. Think a large KB ride should be organized, starting at your place. 6am tomorrow morning sounds good.

While technically you may be correct, is it worth the hassle unless the threat is seriously considered to be acted upon?

If he threatens to kill you, that is a criminal offence. Call him in if it goes that far. In the meantime, keep a file note of every conversation you have with him (or anyone else) with date, time and details recorded as soon as you can after the event. Dont exaggerate the exchanges but do record what exactly was said and any accompanying actions. Keep them.

You might also like to look up "projection" in your friendly neighbourhood psychology dictionary. In essence, it sounds like he has issues with his own young...and it reduces his sense of helplessness to take it out on you.

Stay calm and leave the persecution complex on their front doorstep, so you dont have to carry it around (these things get heavy, eh). Good luck.

Bullshit he used to own a bike - if he did he would no that riding fast is good clean fun. Dont worry bout him - he was also a she, and its PMS time or something.
If he does bother you - gimme his address, and i will turn up an say how disgusted i am at his lack of enjoyment for life.
Fight fire with fire i say. If you turn up with more or faster bikes its just going to make the situation worse.

Also i boot it down my road at 80kmh when its quiet. All the kids run out when they hear my bike and wave - it apparently a nice community thing to do.
Oh, FYI, most cars (esp old people cars) have higher top speeds then bike, esp if your 400 is restricted. So point out that, to the fucken moron.
How many people, that weren't riding a motorcycle have been killed by one.
Screw the cops, tell the TAB/RSA that hes being a cunt to you. Make him pay

    Hey guys,

Hmmmm.... this reminds me of a story I once heard. Muhammad Ali once went to a Karaoke club had a few cold ones and began to sing. He was absolutely awful . And people were starting to leave. So the Karaoke owners wife says to the owner, "He is terrible we should ask him to stop." The Karaoke owner replies, " Yes, I know, but do you have the guts to go and tell him?".

I think the opposite of the above story appears to be the case here. Look aff-man. There are a lot of us KBer's here VERY WILLING to come down and help stop that guy knocking your block off.

How bout it guys lets organise a ride. Hehehe lets make it like a diplomatic mission. Lets as many bikers as possible meet at this son of a bitches house and go give him a visit.

NO, NO, nothing violent just be EXTREMELY polite and tell him it is come to our understanding that ONE OF OUR BIKER MATES has caused him to get angry and we don't like it when ONE OF OUR BIKER MATES causes anyone any grief. Because WE BIKERS are a very close knit team. And we don't was ANYBODY having any problems WITH OUR BIKER MATES cos we are nice friendly people.

Seriously- I don't think he'll ever say anything to our friend aff-man again if he knows he's dealing with a large group of people from different ages and backgrounds and not one kid.

I'm perfectly happy to talk to the guy myself. We don;t even have to enter his house - just from his gate.

Trust me this "GROUP THERAPHY" really works.

    SO what happens today
This guy is backing a caravan into his driveway and so i am waiting for him to clear the road and then he signals me over. So i think what the hell i'll see what he wants. He starts going on about how he doesn't like my speed ing . THEN he threatens to quote "knock my block off" if i don't and i should "consider this my final notice" And it gets worse, i know i havn't been speeding but his reason that he knows i am speeding was that "he used to own one of THOSE things and knows how fast they go" Bullshit did he own this particular bike does ke know buy the sound in which gear and revs and speed i am am going. Question is what do i do now. My dad says i should just ignore him and CK says i should report it to the cops. I think i might just ignore it and hopefully he just backs the fuck off.

The thing that really bugs me is that these people who dare to give me shit both have young males with hoon-mobiles that i have seen do way worse (especially cutting corners on our road) Just REALLY PISSES ME OFF that thinks guy thinks he can tell me off like some kid. If i was a 40 year old guy he wouldn't dare.
Actually i am going to pop off to the police station to see what they think about it.

Hmmm, mate they both sound jealous of their lost youth or pathetic lives (or something anyway). No matter what you do for those type of people it will never be good enough because of their own issues with themselves.

Just let them be. Don't create more stress for yourself by reacting to those silly people. Listen to your dad- they are not worth a minute more of thought, otherwise if you do, you give them too much power over you and what you do

if they do it again, tell them where they can stick it - pull in the clutch kick into first lock the front let it smoke, before you take off, they will be so surprised they wont get your numberplate.

Well.... now that I have cooled down --- I'm sorry aff-man that you have had to go through such an issue.

Yes lets leave things alone for now. But if there EVER IS A REPEAT. Then we gotta do something.

You could go to the cops - but those fine people usually are too busy to do anything about anything anyway.

Then we guys SHOULD DEFINETLY meet up and have a chat with the guy

Such things should not be tolerated especially if both of you know where each other live.

But now just concentrate on the runs on the 2nd and 4th of December - hey it's christmas time ---- chill out and smell the petrol fumes.........

Report it to the cops. They're unlikely to do anything other than ring him up and tell him to cool off, but if anything happens - like a hyperaggressive fuckhead "accidentally" knocking you off your bike, for example - you want the police to have it on record. Similarly, if he does start a punchup later and the police have already recorded threatening behaviour, they're much more likely to believe your side of the story.

That's a really, really fucking stupid idea. You'll just ensure you end up in more trouble than he does. Unless you've got a Mongrel Mob-like indifference to spending time in cells, don't.

Chat means chat-- not beat him up, hassle him, cause trouble etc. And thats AFTER you have gone to the cops and reported the first incident so they have a record of whats happening.
Maybe you like having people walk all over you -- others don't

Cheeers guys and gals. Here is the moethod of atttack. 1 am am fundementally pissed and i tried to explain that my bike was just loud and seeing as he didn't want to listen i let him finish and then rode off. I really don't want to antagonize the old git cause he might harm my baby. But i will be stopping in at the local police station on monday (they were closed today) and just make sure they have it on record unless he tries to do something about it. As i said this guy obviously thinks i am some sort of kid and so threatening me is his only weapon. (my bro says they guy who lives there is a bit of a git anyway). But yeh i just don't know. I understand that kids etc etc can cause older folks to worry BUT 1: i have seen no young kids at his place and 2: i know where most of the young kids are an are well aware of them 3: i am not actually speeding so kids playing in the road is actually the parents responsibility.

Anyway i thought i would just share my aggrivation seeing as i think the next time someone confronts me i might just put the bike on the side stand and see what they have to say for themselves.

I don't think there is any need to antogonise the fuck-wits of the world (or my street) they tend to make a good job of making themselves look like idiots
Lump lingered last in line for brains,
And the ones she got were sort of rotten and insane...

Here's what I would do. I'd write a letter to the guy, and drop it off in the guys box. It would have to be extremely calm, and not antagonizing.

    Dear [insert name]
Following our conversation the other day, I would just like to reitterate that I have not been exceeding the speed limit near your house and because of our conversation the other day I will be watching my speed even more closely. If you want to discuss this further then please give me a call. But Please don't make any more threats.

Then, make a couple of copies of the letter. He'll probably believe your being more genuine, and it gives him a course of action (other than making more threats) he can actually talk to you.
