Serious crimes against other people should NOT be entitled to bail IMO.It emerged, after the trio were found guilty on 16 January, that Swellings had been released from custody for an assault just hours before the attack on 10 August.
He was freed on bail on condition he stayed away from Warrington but he remained in the town despite the court order

Actually - apparently no it doesn't.
In a fairly recent discussion with a leading forensic phychologist suggests that in fact the side effect of this is MORE aggression, as the original feelings of inadequacies are exacerbated by the lack of sexual outlets. He also talked about the untold and sometimes unexpected side effects of chemical castration and why he doesn't support it
Should do some reseach in that area actually ..... wanders off to look it up ...
