The restrictions placed on the crim are related to the circumstances of offending, ergo if he was pisssed when he smashed something/assaulted somebody then 'no alcohol' clause.

Of course if they ain't happy with that then it's the remand cells instead.

So it's a win-win for us as there's still no alcohol for him.

He told me of a rough looking bugger he used to run into on rallys from time to time and would have a chat with. He said he got a surprise when the guy told him he was a cop from Balcutha.
