    Honda cub electronics

Hi all I need some info on how to convert my honda cub to cdi ignition and 12v electronics. Currently it has points and 6v electronics. At night at a traffic stop with headlights on, brakes on, the indicators are so dim I can't see them let alone anyone else. Once it gets going, the lights are fine. Can this be improved upon? Also, my headlight is staring into space, how do I adjust the thing? Seems like the adjustment screw only makes it turn upwards more not downwards. Cheers!

The lights work direct off the alt,the indicators and stop light are direct off the battery - so the out put of the lights is dependent on rpm, indicators and stop light would always be at battery voltage.
