Thats the poser way of doing it, stick that knee in to the Bike! not way out there like a fag.
Then I could get a Kb Tshirt, move to Timaru and become a full time crossdressing faggot

I think you're missing the point of getting your knee down (or hanging off at all). The whole point of hanging off the bike (and perhaps then getting your knee down if you're really pushing it) is to go around the same corner at the same speed with the bike leaning less (you're leaning more to compensate for that). If your bike is leaning less, then you're not going to scrape things.

In short, the reason you're scraping your pegs is because you're not hanging off enough.

Oh shit, now we going to have everyone trying it. Looks so easy I might even give it go .

Good videos though. The don't scrape the bike thing would have saved a few people some grief as they went for the knee down.

    Nice work.

Oh nice, never seen that second video before!!!

The mcn vids are awsome for just teaching you what i find is a slightly better way to corner. You wana be ova the side of the bike cus knee down or not i find it a better way to corner, and if your pushing it in twistys you usually find you start to get over the side anyway.

Like it says in the second video, you've generally got to move your foot so your toes are on the peg when you move off the bike.

If you still dont have any luck from hanging over the side, you could have a look round the web see if anywhere does replacement pegs, seen afew sites that do new ones that are up and back a lil....then get it on a track
    but good effort...keep us informed

go round and round in circles..slow at first...get your tyres warmed up....

then just hang off and try different positions until you can do it.

ive taught a few mates this way...it's easy....

just dont go too far over and get alternator cover down...then it lifts the rear and drifts as i found out **oops**

Trying to get your knee down is the biggest load of wank. When you go faster and faster round the same corner, you will run out of ground clearance quickly therefore leaning your body further towards the inside is the only way you can increase your corner speed, eventually you will start scraping limbs when your speed warrants it.

You dont need to be extreemly fast to scrape knee mate. I've seen it done with 30k/hr so I dont agree

I think he means the speed at which you take the corner. Lets say you take a corner normally at 50ks. To go round it faster you have to lean over more. Then it gets to a point where you can't lean over any further because your pegs are scraping.
While you sit there liking things just cos' everyone else does, I'll be standing up here keeping it real.
