    Bit of a joke...

A biker is riding by the zoo, when he sees a little girl leaning into the lion's cage. Suddenly, the lion grabs her by the cuff of her jacket and tries to pull her inside to slaughter her, under the eyes of her screaming parents.

The biker jumps off his bike, runs to the cage and hits the lion square on the nose with a powerful punch. Whimpering from the pain the lion jumps back letting go of the girl, and the biker brings her to her terrified parents, who thank him endlessly.

A reporter has seen the whole scene, and addressing the biker, says, "Sir, this was the most gallant and brave thing I’ve seen a man do in my whole life."

"Why, it was nothing, really, the lion was behind bars. I just saw this little kid in danger, and acted as I felt right."

"Well, I'll make sure this won't go unnoticed. I'm a journalist, you know, and tomorrow's papers will have this on the first page.

What kind of motorcycle do you ride"?

"A Harley Davidson." The journalist leaves.

The following morning the biker buys the paper to see if it indeed brings news of his actions, and reads, on the first page:

BIKER GANG MEMBER ASSAULTS AFRICAN IMMIGRANT AND STEALS HIS LUNCH.

It wasn't in Jokes and Humour so I wasn't sure if it was funny.....
Do you realise how many holes there could be if people would just take the time to take the dirt out of them?

No I don't think it's supposed to be funny. It's in the rather serious forum section (unless, God forbid, it is in the 'wrong' section).

I think it is meant to be a jab at current racism culture ?

I am analysing this political piece at the moment. Damn it's so hard not to laugh....

    Biker Humour

A biker is riding by the zoo, when he sees a little girl leaning into the lion's cage. Suddenly, the lion grabs her by the cuff of her jacket and tries to pull her inside To maul her, under the eyes of her screaming parents.
The biker jumps off his bike, runs to the cage and hits the lion square on the nose with a powerful punch.
Whimpering from the pain the lion jumps back, letting go of the little girl. The biker brings her to her terrified parents, who thank him profusely.
A reporter has seen the whole scene, and addressing the biker, says - "Sir, this was the most gallant and brave thing I've ever seen a man do in my whole life !"
"It was nothing, really, the lion was behind bars.
I just saw this little kid in danger, and SOMEBODY had to save her."
"Well, I'll make sure this won't go unnoticed. I'm a journalist, you know", the reporter said, and tomorrow's papers will have this on the front page. What motorcycle do you drive?"
    "A Harley Davidson."
    The journalist leaves.
The following morning the biker buys the paper to see if it indeed reports this incident and reports his heroic deed.....

Sorry to disappoint you - does your computer not have the ability to 'see' the first line of the post if you hover your cursor over it? So I didn't actually 'read' it again, I recognised it from last month and realised it was a repost.

    That'd make you a genius with a capital P
Political correctness: a doctrine which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd from the clean end.
