Following on from McJim's branded gear poll

In the interests of useless Polls and after having hit the heady highs of 200 hundred posts I thought Id give one of my own a go....

Now... I was warned not to buy a jacket with a motorcycle brand name on it cos, well... what if you change. I of course thought "nah, Bullshit" and bought it anyway. (I was also warned a white leather jacket would turn grey'ish quite quickly too). Now the colour change part was proved right some time ago but more recently the first part has also occured and I ditched the Honda for a Suzuki.

A recent Poll by McJim showed that branded gear was indeed a pile of steaming wank. My question is, which is more wank

-Riding a Suzuki with a jacket which says Honda
    or
-Riding a Suzuki with a jacket (with the Repsol and Honda names removed) hich evrybody knows used to (or should) say Repsol and Honda

...FWIW, I actually like the "Hi-Vis" ness of the white jacket and the Oranges does match the GSX decals on the fairings (Does this help ?)

Wear what you like bro. As long as you've go a smile on your dial who cares what everyone else thinks. Let's face it - if they can see your jacket to judge it then they're already behind you!
In space, no one can smell your fart.

Was proved "branded" and riding something completely different was a wank...Yes..

Who cares as long as it has the right safety features which is going to help if the worst happens and it's needed.

Saw a rider wearing a "Ducati" branded jacket, climb onto a big ole suzuki, yesterday while out shopping and I don't think this " Oh shit forgot to wear my suzuki jkt", was going through his head somehow...

    ....

looks like the "heady" 2 hundy ain't enough

Don't think there is a way of adding the poll afterwards, but a mod can, or start a new thread (don't forget the poll aye?)
