    Is it bled properly?

Me and a mate just did completely drained / filled / bled my brakes. What we did was after putting the new fluid in, closed the bleed valve, pumped the lever like we wanted to break it, and then held it in, and opened your bleed valve and got bubbles coming out. Had to do this a fair few times, and brakes were firm as after that. Went sweet.

Open the brake fluid resovoir bottle (the round one up by the ignition, usually white)

pull the lever a few times...then close it again...

if not that then you have air in the lines.

is it single or twin disc?

what method did you use to bleed it?
