    hey all....so if i decided to rebuild engine..wot cr could u go to..would ya shave block or head...do 3 angle seats work alrite with bike heads..porting?..cams any innfo on these would b great...would probably leave bottom end standard unless pistons are neede to increase cr ...cheers

    You are talking lots of $$$$$$$$ fancy stuff like that if it WASN'T standard in the first place. All said and done, BIKE upgrade is often BEST / EASIEST horsepower getter. The GS... MAY... be the deposit on a half decent 600...maybe.
    Rebuilds add little, or nothing (usually the latter) to bike value, and cost $$$$$

    I didn't actually mean four teeth on the front. I meant that to achieve the result the OP wants they need to go up on the rear or down on the front.

    i brought one from new...
    got the 180 like frosty said.... then some

    most simple thing to do IF you have the orginal pipes ( bet you don't) is to shove a long scewdriver down pipe... hit with hamer... this wil "unblock" the end of the baffle... letting it breath better... gave me an EXTRA 5ks top speed ( yes i tested it in a flying 1/4 we used to hold in nelson!! so i know this is true)


    what a ride so far!!!!
