My opinion here --Dump just the front tyre for the moment. Get a relatively soft compound tyre with documented good wet weather charactoristics.
 I'd actually give the guys at cycletreads a yeodle and see what they suggest 
 The rear isn't as urgent -you might as well wear it down before fitting a new one 
 I wouldn't bother with a fat tyre on the rear -the 120 will be cheaper and you wont run out of tyre before everythings on the deck anyways
