    thank you officer!!! THANKS

I would like publicly thank a pretty young who goes by the number XXXX ( if you want her number you will have to PM me…) who was so willing to show me the errors of my way this morning, on my trip to watch the buckets in Taumaruni (sp?)
she politely asked me why I was going sooo very fast with my son on the back?
    I stuttered… ummm wellllll, errrr,,, rrrrr , was I ? YES she said, I was doing 125km/hr!
    shit I said I didn’t realise,
that’s when she asked if my Speedo was working, which is IS!, so she asked again why?
I just shrugged and said that I just don’t often look at the speedo , I just go at a speed that I felt safe at.. which I thought just as I said it , WASN”T the answer that I should have said…. So I said how about I rephrase that , and said the speed that I felt comfortable with… still not the right answer, (luckily she didn’t ping me at the REAL speed, about 20ks faster!), so I was sitting there… smiling up to her …undressing her…..when I had this great idea… I asked her where I was, you see, I said,
I’m new to the place and I’m on my way to Taumaruni, showed her the map and said am I there…pointing to the other side of the island…hehehehehe, she duly showed me where I was and how to get there and said I was going the longest way, blab la bla, and here is a ticket for exceeding 100km/hr!!!!

didn't work but ,hell, I said thank you very much! ..knowing all to well that she had let me off with just a slap on the hand…. And just as she was going to leave she said to watch my speed over the next few ks as they were out in force !!!
Counted 3 more cops on the way to Taupo…. Dopey blond forgot that the was a cycle race on the day before and EVERYONE was heading home……

Well I’m off to Auckland tomorrow to pick up a radar detector…
great day's racing ! the had supermoto's, quads, buckets, ... great fun,
got luke out to help with the flag marshelling...
    now he wants one

Of course you were going to be caught speeding the day before you get your radar detector! Good old sods law. Perhaps if you hadn't been mentally undressing her she might have been a bit more lenient, or, here's a scary thought, maybe she was because you were!!!!:sly:

    So...

You got a ticket, and you're all happy, because it was handed to you by a hot chick in a blue uniform?

    Bah.

We men are oppressed and brainwashed by our own instincts.

    Snot fair.

Well nice to meet you & thanks for helping out with the flag waving, fortunately we were not requiring too much (despite those mad quads & motards), but we couldn’t race without people helping out.
Don't you look at my accountant.

Police man on the Rimas on Sunday sweeping rock and crap off the road, using a real broom. Nice to see real safety being taken care off.

So, all the Police have to do to improve their public image is provide implants for all staff?
Although, if Spuds avatar is even a remote likeness, even a pair of 38 DD's ain't going to help.
