The drummer in that clip is Vinnie Colaiuta (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vinnie_Colaiuta) who is simply one of the best drummers anywhere. My understanding is that the Baseballs are the three dudes singing, and they use various backing musicians. I am not sure that is the same dude but I stand to be corrected.
