You would pick up your NME ( New Muscical Express ) magazine, select you band of destruction, catch a tube or bus & be in for an evening of punk or psycho/rockabilly
You would know when you hopped on the tube which bands everyone would be going to by how they were dressed, So funny. I went with the Skins & the Punks
Few bands in there for me to check out. Cheers!
Whenever I hear Rawhide I think of the DK's cover

Was a bit more into the metal and rave scene when I was younger (interesting mix looking back XD) but we didn't get a huuuuge mix in Chch. Seems a bit more diverse again now.

Also my cousin fired this through a few months back. Some of her stuff is a bit too polished for me but I like a couple of tracks and she has a mighty set of lungs alright. Might be up your alley DR?

No tube links for these fellas, and the only track of theirs I have. Don't know where I got it but wish I had the album.

Just now I am listening to "These Four Walls" from this link ( bunch of songs!). Who they are? A brilliant NZ band. Feel free to listen:

May the bridges I burn light the way.
