...my son in Melbourne bought me tickets and flights to see these guys open for Black Sabbath last year...hadn't seen them live before and they were more awesome than I already knew they were...best time in years, banging my swede in the pit with my son...now check this ,I don't usually win anything...I also dont go out of my way to win things...the odd pub raffle, dont win them ever...Hauraki had a promo for tickets to be in the 3000 crowd for their album release concert down here in a couple of weeks...it's a facebook thing, register, blah...dont do facebook...my younger son registers for the competition...today he brings home two tickets and I cant really believe it...'cos I dont win things.
...I called my boy in Oz to tell him I have a ticket for him if he wants to skip the ditch for a weekend...check this...he had just won two tickets for the gig himself and had just bought his tickets for the weekend flights...I now get to see these fullas with both my sons......and my younger sons first big live gig...yeefuknhaa...
