    In The Evening

In my opinion, one of their better songs, a couple of other prior standouts became to commercial. Carouselambra was another song from their last studio album that is worth a listen.

    Beth Hart

If you are into a mixture of jazz and rock, then the following might be
    of interest to you.

I have liked both Joe Bonamassa and Jeff Beck as guitarists, and a friend
recently gave me some CD's to listen to. And which introduced me to a
female singer, Beth Hart. Not only is she a very accomplished musician
(playing several instruments herself), but she has a great voice. Shades
of Janis Joplin, but much smoother. And she sings blues, rock and jazz
    material.

She has also done several collaborations with both guitarists.

I list just a few tracks to illustrate

Beth Hart and Jeff Beck: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fALdOkf_eCM

Beth Hart and Joe Bonamassa: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aLR_bSzPTiY

    Beth Hart alone : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nTw9lXE8UOI
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MvAY...L38A6&index=40

Albums : Don't Explain ; Better than Home; Live at Paradiso; Leave the Light On

And if you're an Eric Clapton fan like me, then the "Cross Roads Revisited"
3 CD pack is good value easy listening. A real mixture of jazz, rock and blues,
and with quite a few big name performers from the past:

^ King Crimson is where TOOL get a lot of their inspiration from.

I watched this last night and was entranced for the whole thing. She's incredible.

    Joe Bonamassa

A couple of other Joe Bonamassa CD's worth a listen:

The two links below are from performances at London Albert Hall in 2009 and the New York Beacon
    Theatre in 2012.
