I use Visual Studio.

Despite being a command-line centred chap, and a fairly anti-Microsoft fellow, Visual Studio's IDE is a marvellous piece of kit. Eclipse or anything else can't come close. Never been so comfortable with a GUI in all my life. All it needs is Vi-style keybindings, the ability to use GCC, and somebody to port it to *NIX.
