I hate you! I was just about to type the very same thing. But decided to see if any other sick bastard had said it already.

Almost had a gum branch land on me a couple of years ago - heading into town in the cage (4x4), REALLY windy day, gums on RH side of the road - but overhanging, and just caught sight of a ~200mm thick branch dropping out of the sky! Jammed on the brakes (left some impressive marks up the road), decided that I wasn't going to stop - but had slowed enough it didn't land on me either - so off the brakes, and hit the gas, and drove over the branch (which was still bouncing on the road) - with a few bumps... Was SO glad I'd decided to take the 4x4 (Mitsi Pajero), instead of the car!
Went and bought a Lotto ticket after that - but it wasn't any good - I'd already used up all my good luck for the day...
