    2008 Twin River Car Show Pics

    Well, today was the Twin River Car Show and Parade.
    Went to see the displays and bumped into an old mate from 15 years ago (thats always cool).
    Here are some pics of the cars...and one motorbike...will leave the bike to last.

    Yes thats the Catalina ZK-PBY. A great bird to fly in - I took my 2 eldest sons on their first ever flight in it about 11 years ago.
    We had Americarna here from wed to today so I have similar pics of Hot Rods & other 'merkin vehicles.

    Love the early 'vette - they have a modern replica on a new chassis retro syle.

    The Thunderbird CB and I have is a hard-top model of that one, same colour but black padded vynil roof. (Officially a 1966 Ford Thunderbird Town Landau)

    EDIT: Oops, on the second look I realised the one in the pic is a '64 - just in case the pedants are lurking!)
