Yeah Brian, it is a shame you couldn't get the money sorted.

I tell ya... since they introduced the "No Ugly Clients" policy you have had a hard time of it eh!

On the bright side, if you had bought that 173hp monster with trick Ohlins suspension I would still have kicked your ass on the manky, bent and twisted 130hp Gixilia. And that would have REALLY gutted you. SO it's a blessing in disguise

Yes, I was going to post that this might mean that Archer has to learn to ride, now, but that's an overly-cruel way to kick a man when he's down, innit?

Maybe I will ride it some more after all..? im sure its easily capable of a sub-minute at puke since now the front end is sorted and I know the gearing so im not bouncing the limiter in 6th and backing off on the straight

I guess you all know why Brian was so desperate to get this bike!!!!

You see, Brian has been getting pretty upset about getting his ass kicked at the track by the Mighty Gixilia (Photo's of the underpowered gixxr below... with its bent frame and forks and special mods custom made during a figh spped introduction to the tramac). So Brian decided to move up from the ZX636R and to convert his R1 to a track bike. He felt that the R1 would finally enalbe him to (as he puts it) ‘annihilate Gixilia’.

Yes-sir-ree…. Brian felt the extra CC's and massive power advantage of the R1 would kill Gixilia down the back straight of Puke and he would finally be able to gloat and celebrate a (shallow) victory on the high speed track.

However, it turned out this was not the case and Mr Steel was unable to shake off the pesky 750…. And in one particular session, despite passing the 750 down the back straight almost every lap, the manky beast somehow managed to get past him again and be in front by the time we engaged the straight on the next lap…

Time and time again this occurred until eventually the brakes on the 750 gave out before the hairpin, almost resulting in a crash (Note: Brians mate at cycle treads offered to ’bleed’ the brakes for me the day before… and they suddenly decided to give up the ghost!!!! Coincidence you ask??? I think not!!!!)

Nevertheless Gixilia prevailed and washed the floor with the R1 and as a result Brian ran crying from the pits…

Later that day he swore he would not let such a thing happen again... and with tears in his eyes he rushed home and got straight on the net... In his sights was more power and better handling!

Imagine my surprise to discover he had immediately gone acquired the latest model ZX10R. But not just any ZX10R, it was the aformentioned very trick and fully set up professional RACE bike, with sooooo much extra shit on it that it would make a pro racer cry!

Brian now has the 173hp at the rear wheel that he so desperately needed and top-of-the-line ohlins all round And bugger me, but for some reaseon he now seems confident that he has at least a reasonably sporting chance against the manky Gixilia (and it’s immensely talented and highly regarded GP proven rider. )

    But…..

......just in case he hasn’t enough power, he’s ALREADY got a full race system on the way that will take power to over 180hp at the rear. Biatch!!!!

Little does he know that Gixilia has a secret weapon of its own... and next time she may be sporting an actual fairing.... so the back straights wont be quite so slow.

he he he ... Imagine the humiliation he will feel when Gixilia whips his furry ZX10R butt once again!

So Brian... you will have to make room on your shelf for more of these

    NICE
Nail your colours to the mast that all may look upon them and know who you are.
It takes a big man to cry...and an even bigger man to laugh at that man.
