To get there from the Onew interchange Wises tells me this:

    1. Start: ONEWA (INTERCHANGE) Road, NORTHCOTE, Auckland ..... blah blah blather blah etc etc...
    24. End: TITIRANGI Road, TITIRANGI, Auckland 18 km 193 m
Or you can go the other way, via Greenhithe.

    Or not.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Blah

Weather permitting I'm in. Titirangi good start point for me as it's close by.
If someone wants to go pillion I'll do it. No probs for me. In fact I quite enjoy taking a pillion. Even if it's only part of the way.

I'll be expecting some good wheelies from you ok? You've had a week to practice, so no excuses!

I dont know the area at all either, so its going to be an adventure!
According the The Longdrops website, its at 421 titirangi road, and that map you posted has numbers on it, so yeah it looks like its right in the shopping centre area.

Ill see all you people there. Anyone leaving from the shore, give me a call
021 414 194 (matt). No idea how long it'll take me to get there so going to leave at 8am ish (from mairangi bay).

As long as the weather looks good I'll be there. I have never been to Leigh via SH16 so will be good to learn another route to one of my favourite spots.

Sorry guys, but I'm whimping out of this one. I don't mind riding in the rain, but not all day!
Have a good and safe ride.
