I can't recall the name of it, but the Wayne Gardiner doco with music from Jimmy Barnes (and band) was awesome.

And the other you're thinking of about Che Gauvara and someone else riding through South America on an old Norton, would that be the one?

Looking forward to the Bert Munro biopic "Worlds Fastest Indian" but that could be some time away
it's not a bad thing till you throw a KLR into the mix.

The Motorcycle Diaries....real good movie, but only got 1 bike in it. On Any Sunday and Little Fauss and Big Halsey were good. Faster is meant to be good, but hasn't been released here yet.

Just bought it and 3 other movies off trade-me... http://www.trademe.co.nz/structure/a...sp?id=19341045

AND I hired "Biker Boyz" on DVD.... heaps better than torque... at least the stunts were real!
It would have been a good movie if they had of left the deleted scenes in... it made more sense

'Dust To Glory' is great. It's directed by the son of the 'On Any Sunday' director.

'Steel Riders' as a kid was fucken awesome. The guy on the black motorcycle gave me the shits!

Sky has been showing some really awful biker movies on movies 3 channel recently - they are so bad you almost feel compelled to watch them.

There was Girl on a Motorcycle, with a full frontal nude Marianne Faithful in here sexy prime.

What I always thought would be a great movie is Steve McQueens La Mans but set at the IOMTT. IE a movie where the IOMTT racing is the main star, and a story is built around it. Like Le Mans, actual racers could be used in most roles instead of actors.

    What about the fastest indian?

if you're not kiwi you wouldn't notice Anthony Hopkins awful NZ accent :/.

I remember a documentary on John Britten years ago, that was very cool. I love how their rider was doing wheelies at the front of the pack during the practises

I thought it was during the race.
And at the NZ Grand Prix in '94 (or was it '95?) two of the three Brittens racing did wheelies down the length of the straight when they finished first, second and fourth. Very kewl.
    ... and that's what I think.

    Or summat.

    Or maybe not...

    Dunno really....

    ONE WEEK

Out of the blue, Ben learns he has stage IV cancer; survival, with treatment, is 10 percent. So this risk-averse, slow-to-act, quiet man buys a used motorcycle, says goodbye to Samantha, his baffled fiancιe, and heads west from Toronto. IMDB Ratings: 7.1/10 from 4,202 users.
