    The Adopt a Skidmark thread.

    Im being serious,

I have been informed that Skidmark is being evicted from his flat in 5 days, and has nowhere to go, is broke, and his parents wont have him back.

So this is a genuine plea to anyone in the auckland area that would give him a room. Im sure hes pretty damn desperate so anything will do and im sure he will do anything for it.

Genuine offers can be sent to me by PM.

Ill leave the thread for general discussion and ideas.

Lets see a bit of KB spirit eh, put the grudges aside and help someone in need.

To laugh often and much; to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics and to endure the betrayal of false friends. To appreciate beauty; to find the best in others; to leave the world a bit better whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition; to know that even one life has breathed easier because you have lived. This is to have succeeded

If we lived in Auckland, and I was free to spend all day mentoring this lovely young thang I would not hesitate to offer a bed.

Bummer for Mark, he needs to get out and sort it!

My son (19) rang me a couple of weeks ago, he had lost his place to live, his flatmate that held the tenancy was giving it up, he got 2 weeks to find some where to live. He moved on Sunday, I am now busy sourcing pots and pans and...

Actually, does anyone have a couple of bean bags going cheap? North Shore Auckland preferred.

    Good luck Mark!

    Thanks Pete!!!!

    Good Luck Skiddy.
Worst case scenario, you might end up in a locked box wearing a "Gimp" suit ala Pulp Fiction.
